Reliable products, consistent quality

I've been using The Ordinary for years now, and they really are consistent. This time I picked up the Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA and also a new bottle of the Squalane Cleanser. Delivery took about a week, which is pretty standard for them, always arrives well-packaged. The moisturizer feels great, not greasy at all, and the cleanser is still my go-to. It's why I keep coming back; you know exactly what you're getting, and it performs without any fuss. Good value for money every single time.

Absolutely love their skincare!

I just got the AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution and it's fantastic! My skin feels so much smoother after just one use. The price was great, too. I've been wanting to try this one for ages and it didn't disappoint. Shipping was fast, got it in about 5 days to my place in Florida. I'll definitely be buying more products from The Ordinary. Can't wait to try the Buffet Multi-Peptide Serum next!

Good product, quick delivery

I ordered the Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%. It arrived in 4 days, which was faster than I expected. The product itself is fine, it works as it should. No complaints.

Has anyone compared The Ordinary's Niacinamide with Good Molecules? I've used Good Molecules before and liked it, but TO is so popular.

L Linda E. 4 weeks ago
I've tried both! The Ordinary's Niacinamide is a bit stronger, 10% vs Good Molecules' 10%. Some people find TO's a little tingly at first, but it works really well for oil control. Good Molecules is usually a bit gentler if you have super sensitive skin.

Honestly, they're both good for the price. I'd say if your skin can handle it, TO is a slight edge in effectiveness but Good Molecules is great too and a little less...intense for some people.

Does The Ordinary ever do actual discount codes? Like, beyond the Slowvember thing? I wanna try the Multi-Peptide Lash and Brow Serum but waiting until November feels forever.

L Leah Hall 1 week ago
They hardly ever do. I've been buying from them for years and it's mostly just that big sale in November. Sometimes they have free shipping over a certain amount, but that's about it.

I think I got a first-time customer discount once when I signed up for their newsletter, but it wasn't a huge amount. Don't count on finding a random code floating around.

Hey, I bought a couple of serums but my skin freaked out with one of them. What's their return policy like? Is it a hassle?

M Mary T. 2 weeks ago
Nah, returns are pretty easy. Just make sure you do it within the return window, I think it's 365 days? And you need the proof of purchase.

Yeah, it's super generous, like a whole year. I returned something once and it was no problem, just follow the instructions on their site.

Just curious, is The Ordinary stuff actually genuine if I buy directly from their website? Heard some horror stories about fake products online.

L Leah 4 weeks ago
If you buy from their official website, you're absolutely getting genuine stuff. That's the safest bet.

Yeah, always buy direct from their site or authorized retailers. Anywhere else and you're rolling the dice, unfortunately. The fakes are definitely out there.

Hey guys, thinking of trying some stuff from The Ordinary. How long does shipping usually take to like, NYC?

E Elizabeth Anderson 1 week ago
Mine usually takes about a week, give or take a day or two. If it's a busy time of year like November, it can be a bit longer.

J Jacob Parker 1 week ago
Yeah, I'm in Philly and it's usually pretty quick, like 5-7 business days for me. You get tracking info so you can keep an eye on it.
